Even though it doesn’t check the road worthiness of your vehicle, it is still essential, and without a valid MOT certificate your vehicle is not legally allowed on the road. All cars that are over three years old need an annual MOT examination.
When do you need an MOT?
Since you are the vehicle’s owner it is your responsibility to keep your MOT certificate in date.
